Acupuncture Session

Follow-up sessions are designed to continue the progress made during your initial visit and support your body’s ongoing healing and balance. Each session begins with a brief check-in to assess how you're feeling, discuss any changes or new concerns, and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
You'll then receive a personalized acupuncture treatment tailored to your current condition. Depending on your needs, the session may also include additional therapies These sessions help reinforce the body’s natural healing mechanisms and guide you toward sustained wellness and vitality.
Initial Assessment

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive health assessment where we discuss your current concerns, medical history and wellness goals. This allows me to understand the root of any imbalances and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive a full acupuncture treatment based on our findings. Additional therapies may be included as appropriate. This session is designed to initiate the healing process, provide immediate relief, and establish the foundation for future treatments.
